Our goal is each and every customer is 100% satisfied with our business and our paint!

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped out as soon as possible and aim to get orders out within 24 hours or next business day, Monday thru Saturday via USPS Priority Mail, Ground Advantage or UPS. 

REFUNDS 
Sometimes items get damaged in transit, if you receive such an order please email teresa@theblackcabin.com with a photo of the damaged product. Photo is required to for a replacement.

EXCHANGES 
No exchanges on any paint, stain, topcoats or barn quilt books.

Please choose colors carefully and keep in mind that colors on screen are approximate. Best way to try a color is with our tester size pots!

NO RETURNS

We cannot ship oil based products to California. If you place and order we will refund in full your entire order or all oil based products.
