Learn step-by-step how to make kombucha in this instructional class. Learn what a scoby is and how it functions, discover proper tools and equipment, learn scientifically backed evidence of health benefits and history of use. You will receive troubleshooting tips, have exclusive access to tried and true recipes, and will have access to post-class support!
This is an instructional workshop. Physical items such as kombucha tools, scobys and equipment are not included in the ticket price.
Wild Botanical Atelier Kombucha kits will be available for purchase following the class.
We hold a Cottage Food Licence and have been properly trained in safe food handling processes via the state of Minnesota.
Class Cancellation and Refund policy:
Each class must have a minimum of 8 students. If the class does not meet the minimum within 48 hours of the class, you will be reimbursed in full and will receive an email notifying you of the class cancellation. Please provide a useful email, as this is our only way of contacting you.
If you cancel the class, you may do so for a full refund before the 72 hour mark of the class. Before the 72 hour mark, you may also transfer your spot to another future class if space allows. You may only cancel and transfer the class once; if you cancel a second time, you will not be reimbursed.
If you cancel within 72 hours, you will not be reimbursed.
