Join us for a fun, hands-on class where you’ll learn how to create a show-stopping fruit arrangement from start to finish. We’ll begin with a demonstration of fruit preparation techniques, including how to select, cut, shape, and prepare different fruits for an arrangement. You’ll also learn tips for working with chocolate-dipped fruit and creating decorative elements that make your arrangement extra special.
Then it’s your turn! Each participant will create their own fresh fruit arrangement using a colorful assortment of fruits and chocolate-dipped treats. We’ll walk through how to build the arrangement, add height and dimension, balance colors and shapes, and put everything together for a professional-looking finished piece.
You’ll leave class with your completed fruit arrangement to enjoy or share, plus a take-home booklet summarizing the techniques covered in class so you can recreate your own fruit arrangements at home.
No experience necessary. We’ll provide the fruit, chocolate, supplies, tools, and instruction—just come ready to create (and maybe sneak a bite or two!).
